1. Scope

This policy explains what information loqi, Inc. receives when you use Traq, visit stayloqi.com, or voluntarily contact us for support.

2. Traq Data

Activities, tracking sessions, archive choices, and analytics created in Traq stay on your devices and, when iCloud sync is available, in your private iCloud database. Traq uses Apple CloudKit to synchronize that information between your iPhone and Apple Watch.

loqi does not operate a Traq account service or application server that receives your activity or session history. Traq does not send that history, product telemetry, analytics, advertising data, or behavioral tracking data to loqi.

3. Information We May Receive

• If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in the message.
• Our website host may process routine request and security logs, such as IP address, user agent, request time, requested path, and information needed to detect abuse.

The website has no account login, forms, checkout, live chat, analytics, advertising pixels, or optional cookies.

4. How We Use Information

We use support correspondence to respond to the request you initiated. We use routine hosting information to deliver and secure the website, troubleshoot reliability, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations.

5. Service Providers and Disclosure

Apple provides the private iCloud and CloudKit services used by Traq under your Apple relationship. Google Cloud hosts stayloqi.com and may process routine operational and security logs. Your email provider and ours process messages when you choose to contact us.

If you install a beta through Apple TestFlight, Apple may provide loqi with the tester feedback, crash information, and testing metrics made available through App Store Connect under Apple's TestFlight terms. Traq does not add its own analytics or crash reporting service.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, and services. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Retention

Support correspondence and operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, legal compliance, and dispute handling. Traq data in your private iCloud database is controlled through your devices and Apple account.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can manage Traq activities and history in the app and manage iCloud through your Apple account settings. Subject to applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection for information loqi holds about you.

8. International Processing

Our service providers may process support or website operational information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards apply.
